Spring Hill Board of Trustees Approves Compensation Plan

 

The Spring Hill ISD Board of Trustees has approved the compensation plan for the 2025-2026 school year. The plan includes pay increases for teachers and other staff members as detailed below. 


Teacher Salary Increases:

0-2 Years Experience - $2,000 Increase

3-4 Years Experience - $4,000 Increase

5+ Years Experience - $8,000 Increase


Staff Salary Increases:

All Non-Teaching Staff - 3% Increase of the Pay Grade Midpoint

Additional Employee Benefits:
District TRS Active Care Contribution - $4500 annually ($375 per month)
Retention Stipend For All Returning Staff - $1,000
Perfect Attendance Stipend - $500
Cafeteria Allowance - $200
